Hair systems give themselves away four ways: too dense for the wearer's age, one density from front to crown, a colour that misses, and a hairline that stops like a wall. HS-01 is engineered against every one of them. Scroll to take it apart, layer by layer.
The front 2.5 cm of HS-01 is cut from ultra-fine Swiss lace, the thinnest and softest base material made. Pressed to the skin it has no visible edge and no hard line: the lace takes on your skin tone, and the hairline that shows is yours. Soft enough to forget you are wearing it.
Every strand in the hairline is set as a V-loop, drawn through the lace without a knot on the surface. There is no bead to bleach and nothing to catch the light at close range. Each hair leaves the base the way hair leaves skin.
Real hairlines are gradients. HS-01 starts at 60% density on the front edge and builds by 20-30% across the 2.5 cm depth of the Swiss lace, so the first centimetre reads as fine regrowth: 20% thinner at the front, full weight behind it, matched to the wearer's age.
A 1-inch polyurethane-coated perimeter runs the edge of the cap. It takes the adhesive, bonds flat and firm to the scalp, and holds through sweat, showers and sleep, while giving the whole base the strength and durability lace alone can't offer.
The top of the system is French lace, a heavier weave than the Swiss front. It stays open enough to ventilate the scalp all day, and strong enough for daily brushing, product and re-bonds. Fine where it shows, durable where it doesn't.
No natural head of hair is a single colour. Every HS-01 blends at least two tones through its length, so it shifts in the light the way grown hair does and ties cleanly into your own hair at the sides and back.
Seen from above, at the angle that exposes most systems, HS-01 holds up. Density is reduced through the crown and the hair is tied around a placed whorl, so the eye finds scalp and a growth pattern exactly where it expects them.
Swiss lace, V-loops, graduated density, a bonded PU perimeter, French lace, two-tone colour and a placed crown: every component removes one of the tells. Worn together, they make HS-01 the most realistic hair system a man can wear.
